Where it starts, Homebase and Adventure Central
Our home base and adventure central is here in Spanish Ontario.
Along the shores of the Spanish RIver Delta and only 2 min off the transcanda, we have the perfect spot for our adventure trips. Right from our front yard you can access rivers, lakes, estuaries, islands, bays and hidden beachs.
We also have a secret route into Georgian bay and the Benjamin islands via a small passage called Little Detroit.
It is here that your adventure starts.
Customize your Trip
We know that are guests are all unique in their past experience and outdoor skills. To accommdate this, our adventure trips are designed to be modular, this way you can plan it your way!
Kayak Adventures
Choose the adventure that best suit your groups interests and abilities. Children 10 and under must be with a parent. 16 and under are charged at half the adult rate posted. All kitesurf lesson participants must be 18 or older.
Kayak self exploration
$75/person
Explore on your own the river system and Delta. Must be able to show compentency.
Kayak Island Tour and shire Lunch
$300/person
Group led trip to local islands, with fishing, swim and a shore lunch. Min 2 people, Up to 4-6 hours.
Kayak Down the Spanish River
$350/person
Our most adventurous trip for novice - intermediate paddlers. Lunch not Included.
5-8 hours.
Kitesurfing
Beginner to intermediate lessons and downwind trips. This activity is 18+ only.
Basic Intro to kitesurfing
$350
Intro to kitesurfing includes land and water theory and practice. All safety gear included. Ability to swim required. 18+ only. 50% discount for second adult. 4 hours.
Additional lessons are $150/hr with boat support.
Intermediate kitesurf lessons
$100/hr
Work on intermediate skills; water start, self rescue, toe side, jumping, backroll and more. Min 2 hours, using your gear.
Downwind trip
$150/person
Led downwind trip of 25-50km. Must show ability to kite safely and independently first as well as ride toe side. Using your own gear. Includes guide and support.
Canoe Exploration
Fish and explore by canoe, great for families.
Self led Canoe trip
$100/couple
Paddle your way thru the marsh and delta, checkout nearby islands, fish along the way. Children as passengers are free.
Guided Canoe Trip
$150/person
Explore for upto 6 hours the Delta, river and islands. We might just catch lunch along he way! Children as passengers are free.
Bike and Hike
An adventure that combines walking and riding

Led Bike and Hike trip

4-5 hour Bike and Hike Trip to Spanish Delta lookout and watershed. Bicycles provided if needed. Min group size 4 people.
Mountain Bike the islands!

This is a more rigorous bike adventure trip. It will require boat transport to the Benjamin and Clapperton islands. 6-8 hours trip. min 2 person. Group rate for 3 or more.

Benjamin Islands and beach day

Explore the Benjamin islands in Georgian Bay. Snorkel in clear blue waters. Have Lunch. Relax on a remote private beach.
